1,590 sq. ft. country home on 15 acres, located on the Salt Bayou, between England & Humnoke, AR

 

This Lodge provides comfortable accommodations for up to 10 people. It is fully-furnished with 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, open living/dining areas, an open kitchen, and a convenient boot room.

There are 10 beds total. 

(*No Boats are Allowed.)

• All kitchen amenities, you just need to bring food

• Covered dog kennels (houses up to 4 dogs)

 

Free hunting that is available on the property: You can hunt on the 15 private acres of the property in one of our two blinds. One blind is located in a small field and the other is on the Salt Bayou in a cypress hole. 

These are unguided hunts and hunters must provide their own equipment. We will provide a few duck decoys for both the field and the bayou, and we have a small aluminum boat for the bayou to get out to the blind.

We do not combine different groups at the lodge, so when you book with us, you get the whole house to yourself. You do not have to worry about sharing it with strangers.

NIGHTLY ​RATES

*DUCK SEASON RATES (NOV. - JAN.)

$90 per person per night

There is a 2-night minimum stay with a 4-person minimum.

*OFF-SEASON RATES (FEB. - OCT.)

$60 per person per night

There is a 2-night minimum stay with a 4-person minimum.

DISCOUNTS

**CHILDREN 10 AND UNDER STAY FOR FREE**

However, they do not count towards the 4-person minimum.

**MILITARY/FIRST RESPONDER DISCOUNTS**

We offer a 10% discount for all active/retired military and all first responders (ie Police Officers, Firefighters, and Paramedics).

**DISCOUNTS FOR RETURNING DUCK CUSTOMERS**

If you are a returning customer, you will pay the following rates:

2nd year with us - $85 per person per night

3rd year with us - $80 per person per night

4th year and every year thereafter with us - $75 per person per night

TO BOOK A RESERVATION:

50% non-refundable deposit is needed to hold your reservation.

Forms of payment: Deposits must be made with a credit card (3.5% fee applies). When you arrive, your balance must be paid in full. Accepted forms of payment when you arrive: Cash, Check, and all Major Credit Cards (3.5% credit card fee applies).

Check-In Time: Anytime after 3:00PM

Check-Out Time: Anytime before 11:00AM

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
